Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Draft It All, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Authorized Use

Draft It All is intended for adults who are authorized to administer or participate in an Organization's draft. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. The service is not intended for children to create accounts or submit personal information directly.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for using an email address you control, safeguarding login codes and active sessions, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's account or share access in a manner that defeats the service's permissions.

4. Organizations, Roles, and Invitations

Commissioners control their Organizations, divisions, Manager invitations, teams, Draft Pools, and draft settings. Managers may access only the Organizations and divisions to which they are assigned. Organization owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.

5. Uploaded Information

You retain responsibility for information you upload. You represent that you are authorized to collect, use, and upload that information for the applicable draft. You must limit uploaded information to what is reasonably necessary and must not upload medical information, emergency-contact information, Social Security numbers, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• use Draft It All for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive activity;
• attempt to bypass security, permissions, rate limits, or Organization boundaries;
• upload malware or interfere with the service or another user's access;
• scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the service without written permission; or
• upload information you are not authorized to use.

7. Service Availability and Changes

Draft It All is currently provided free of charge. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may change in the future. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Draft Decisions

Draft It All is an organizational tool. Commissioners and participating Organizations remain responsible for draft rules, eligibility decisions, team assignments, approvals, and resolving disputes. Draft It All does not supervise or guarantee the fairness, accuracy, or outcome of a draft.

9. Deletion and Account Actions

Authorized users may permanently delete divisions or Organizations using the provided controls. Deleted information may not be recoverable. We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users or the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

10. Ownership

Draft It All and its software, branding, design, and original content are owned by Draft It All or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You retain the rights you hold in information you submit and grant Draft It All a limited license to host, process, and display it solely as needed to provide and protect the service.

11. Third-Party Services

Draft It All relies on third-party services for hosting, database, authentication, and email delivery. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may experience outages or changes outside Draft It All's control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft It All is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, or availability.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Draft It All and its owner, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from draft decisions or service interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability arising from or relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draft It All and its owner and operators from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your uploaded information, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Draft It All changes. The revised version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
